We had a bit of a hiccup with our first room smelling funky and having to change after unpacking. While we needed to ask for room service, they didn't quite get it right.

The TV didn’t work in the first room, leading to an unnecessary hassle to get it checked. The hotel had a group of young soccer players that caused noise disturbances running up and down the hallways past 2 AM, which made for a restless night. We also faced a frustrating room change on the first night due to being checked into an out-of-service room. The pillows left much to be desired, lacking comfort, and there was no safe for valuables, raising security concerns during our stay.

Positive, I loved the built-in charging stations everywhere. The shower system was easy to use and very modern. The room was clean and spacious. I also appreciated how the AC system evenly distributed air throughout the room, which was a nice change.

The blackout window shades were awesome for catching some sleep, and I loved how easy it was to adjust the room temp with the fancy thermostat. Relaxing in the heated indoor pool after a long day was just what we needed. The spa was a nice touch for unwinding. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more attention during busy times, but it didn't ruin our overall good vibe! 😊
